Legal advisory for our companies and partners
My practice has been active for close to twenty years, focused mainly on real estate and securities law. I wrote the textbook on securities law and professional ethics used in professional training in Israel. Today, most of my legal work is advising the various companies I own, including drafting and preparing investor agreements, ongoing counsel for the companies themselves and for the college, and cooperating with other law firms in Israel and abroad when needed.
