Investo Capital is a United States real estate investment firm based in the Miami area of South Florida. We source, underwrite, finance, and manage income producing property so accredited investors can own institutional quality real estate without the second job of running it. We invest across multifamily, retail, office, new construction, industrial, hospitality, and land, in strong United States markets and in Portugal.
